Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in Falkirk seeks a Specialist Doctor in Older Adult Psychiatry. This full-time position involves providing specialist assessment for older patients with cognitive issues. Candidates must have full GMC registration, at least 10 years’ experience, and strong communication skills. FULL TIME (10 PA, including up to 2 PA SPA) (Part-time considered)
Salary Scale - £100,870 - £111,441 per annum (pro rata for part time post holders)

Our current vacancy is within Falkirk Community Mental Health Team for Older Adults. This service provides specialist assessment for patients over the age of 65 with cognitive or functional issues.
From day one we help all new doctors in Forth Valley to embark on a journey to develop into the best doctor they can be. We would hope and expect that those we employ are keen to gain extra SPA time (in addition to accreditation work) for teaching, training, patient safety and service improvement work.
