A fast-growing digital marketing team in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Marketing Operations Executive to support their B2B efforts. This role involves managing HubSpot campaigns and coordinating with sales teams to ensure smooth lead flow. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in marketing operations and possess strong skills in data management, A/B testing, and compliance. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to support our fast-growing B2B Marketing team.
In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day management of our marketing systems and campaigns, primarily in HubSpot.Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly, data is reliable and the lead into Sales is consistent.You’ll be responsible for list management, campaign execution, automation maintenance and performance tracking, helping us deliver measurable impact across the funnel.
Working closely with the Marketing Assistant (Data), Sales Operations and our external Marketing Operations consultant, you’ll ensure the processes, dashboards and reporting frameworks are adopted and maintained.
You’ll be joining a collaborative B2B team that values experimentation, agility and learning.
