A leading outdoor media agency in Greater London is seeking a Head of Client to ensure the highest level of client service and to drive commercial growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive OOH planning experience, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to motivate a team. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, generating forecasts, and working closely with Business Directors to create strategic plans. This role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth.
The Head of Client will have ultimate responsibility for ensuring their group Clients are receiving the highest level of client service and best in class UK/international OOH planning and buying. Working across your agency group, the Head of Client will be responsible for the delivery of forecasted revenue and commercial targets and will be required to create and implement strategies to drive growth across their agency roster.

The Head of Client will be responsible for building strong relationships with all key agencies and client stakeholders and driving growth through leveraging new and established relationships to uncover new commercial opportunities for the business.
In this role, the Head of Client will be required to work with their Business Directors to create bespoke programs of engagement in line with our client and agency strategy. They will support, coach and mentor Business Directors to ensure that they too are delivering in their roles, whilst also being a key point of escalation, resolving client servicing issues and client/campaign challenges effectively and continually improving business outcomes for our clients.
This role works closely with, and reports into, the Managing Partners, with its key focus being to drive commercial growth by ensuring that client and agencies continue to see Evolve/T.I as THE best OOH agency globally due to on our market leading client service, results driven strategic planning capability and our global OOH expertise.
