Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum of a Level 3 teaching qualification to support training delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in adult or work-based learning and assessment.
• Ability to plan and organize learner caseloads independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accredited and non-accredited training programmes to adults.
• Maintain accurate learner records for auditing purposes.
• Administer assessments and develop Individual Learning Plans.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage learner caseloads

Experience in delivering employability programmes

Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital technologies

Ability to motivate and mentor learners

Education

Level 3 teaching qualification (PTTLS or equivalent)
