Job Description

CubeMatch are a growing change consultancy seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Support Consultant to support our commercial function. This junior-level role will work closely with 6 – 7 Sales Directors, providing essential operational, analytical, and coordination support to enable sales performance and business growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales support experience who is looking to develop their commercial, systems, and stakeholder management skills within a consultancy environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day sales support to 6–7 Sales Directors, ensuring smooth commercial operations
  • Act as a CRM and systems administrator, maintaining accurate and up-to-date data (HubSpot)
  • Coordinate sales activity, meetings, pipelines, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders
  • Produce sales reporting and analytics, including pipeline, performance, and forecasting reports
  • Support the preparation and coordination of RFPs, bids, and proposals, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Assist with marketing-related activities, including campaign coordination and sales enablement materials
  • Create and maintain presentations, reports, and documentation using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and delivery functions


Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales support, sales operations, or commercial support role
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (or similar CRM systems)
  • Experience producing reports and insights using BI tools
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, formulas)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, professional presentations
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to work with senior sales stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
