- Good communication skills – to liaise with our Treasurer and Finance Committee.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or financial administration (charity experience is a bonus).
- Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting principles.
- Understanding of charity finance requirements and Gift Aid (desirable).
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation and transaction verification.
- Ratify monthly transactions against receipts and bank statements.
- Input data into our Excel-based bookkeeping system.
- Ensure records are clear, accurate, and ready for reporting.
