Job description

All Jobs > Product Manager, Cloud Platform

The Product Manager, Cloud Platform will define and execute the roadmap for secure authentication, enterprise identity, cloud customer administration and self-service user and license management within aPriori’s SaaS ecosystem.

This role requires a mix of technical acumen, enterprise empathy, and design thinking. You’ll ensure that administrators can easily onboard, manage, and support users and licenses — without friction — while upholding enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.

You’ll collaborate closely with customer administrators, aPriori Support, and Customer Success to design solutions that balance flexibility, visibility, and control for our customers.

Location: Belfast, UK (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Help guide the product vision for cloud identity, authentication, and administration capabilities across the aPriori platform.
  • Manage a roadmap that enhances both enterprise security and administrative usability, ensuring a seamless experience for customer administrators
  • Stay current with industry standards and protocols in identity and access management (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM)
  • Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-friendly self-service tools for user and license management.
  • Define clear use cases and workflows for customer administrators to manage access, provisioning, and entitlements efficiently.
  • Partner with UX to build intuitive and accessible admin interfaces that reduce dependency on support interactions.
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance across all identity and license management services.
  • Partner with aPriori Support to streamline administrative workflows, reducing support load and enabling faster customer resolution, including integration to third party systems ( Zendesk, LearnUpon )
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure features align with customer onboarding and renewal processes.
  • Engage directly with customer administrators to gather feedback, validate concepts, and improve usability.
  • Work closely with Security, IT, and Compliance teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise and regulatory standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Conduct discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand their identity, access control, and license management needs.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Benchmark aPriori’s administrative and self-service capabilities against leading SaaS platforms.
Requirements
  • Strong initiative to start and complete projects independently.
  • Highly organized, persistent, and flexible with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience integrating with Okta, Azure AD, or similar identity providers.
  • Familiarity with SaaS license management, RBAC, and multi-tenant administration models.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern SaaS architectures.
  • Understanding of enterprise compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or cloud platform products.
  • Proven success managing authentication, identity management, or administrative workflows for enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM standards.
  • Experience working with customer-facing teams (Support, Customer Success) and directly engaging with enterprise administrators.
