Job summary
A global chemicals leader is seeking a Yard Operator at its Bradford site. The role involves unloading/loading goods, waste collection, and general upkeep of yard areas. Candidates should be self-motivated team players, able to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision. SAP experience is preferable, and training on the forklift will be provided. Responsibilities
- Unload and load goods vehicles delivering raw materials.
- Collect and dispose of waste containers on site.
- Operate recyclable waste baler.
- Keep waste records up to date for audits.
- Conduct weekly stock takes on raw materials.
- Maintain tidiness of yard and road areas.
- Assist with site stores duties as required.
- Operate snow plough and gritter when required.
