A healthcare service provider in Tees Valley is looking for a compassionate Crisis Worker to join their team. This bank position offers flexibility and involves supporting victims of sexual assault during their forensic process. Duties include acting as the first point of contact and ensuring high standards of care and confidentiality. Applicants must possess a caring nature, IT skills, and a valid UK driving licence. Location: The Teesside SARC, Middlesborough and additional SARC locations in Gateshead, Chester Le Street.
Bank Role: This role is a bank position allowing flexibility within the SARC team.
Salary: The payment rates for this role are a shift retainer of £30.56 Monday – Friday and £40.24 Saturday – Sunday, with an attendance payment of £47.55 per case.
Rota Patterns: 8‑hour shifts over 24 hours, 365 days a year.
