Location: London Borough of Ealing
Salary: £39.04 per hour
Working Conditions: Ongoing Full Time/Part Time Remote Working Available: WFH 3 days a week

- Prepare and manage Looked After Children (LAC) reports, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Participate in and lead meetings to discuss and strategise child care planning.
- Engage in permanency planning for children, ensuring every decision is made in their best interests.
- Collaborate closely with multi‑disciplinary teams to provide holistic support for children and families.
- Handle complex cases with empathy and professionalism.
