Aspire People are seeking a male Teaching Assistant to join the supportive team at an incredible SEMH school located in Northampton. Due to specific student care needs, this role requires a male member of staff - this constitutes a Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010.

About the Role

You will be working with children and young people with additional needs, providing:

  • 1:1 and small-group support
  • Behavioural and emotional regulation assistance
  • Classroom support alongside teachers
  • Help with daily routines and pastoral care
