A home care company is looking for a Care Support Worker to join their team in the Fylde and Wyre areas. The role involves providing personal care, medication, and domestic support to adult clients. - A Driving Licence and the use of own car are required.

Responsibilities
- Visit nominated adult clients, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
- Provide personal care to clients.
- Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning, and domestic support to clients.
- Share necessary and appropriate information with supervisors.
- Complete all necessary paperwork.
