  • Manage product availability to meet On Time in Full (OTIF) targets and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Optimise and manage stock levels, balancing financial targets, seasonality, and operational efficiency whilst owning the end-to-end demand forecasts, ensuring accuracy and transparency across all assumptions.
  • Lead demand discussions in review meetings and influence decision‑making in S&OP forums through fact‑based analysis.
  • Analyse historic trends, market dynamics, and portfolio performance to strengthen the demand signal and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with commercial, finance, and supply teams to translate business plans into actionable forecast assumptions and inventory strategies.
  • Implement and continuously improve demand planning tools and processes to enhance forecast accuracy and efficiency.
What makes us successful together
  • A Degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or Predictive Analytics; Supply Chain certification is desirable.
  • Previous experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP/IBP processes.
  • Strong statistical knowledge, SAP experience, and understanding of master data and MRP.
  • Familiarity with inventory management best practices and lifecycle management (NPI, PIPO).
  • Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in demand planning tools and ability to leverage data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
