Your role will involve preparing accurate cost estimates and project budgets, working with various teams to ensure optimal pricing outcomes. Qualified candidates should possess strong financial and commercial experience, a construction-related qualification, and excellent communication skills. - Strong financial and commercial experience in estimating and budgeting.
- Extensive experience in tender assessment and negotiations.
- Experience with bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and lump sum estimates.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare qualified estimates with risk assessments and inclusions/exclusions.
- Analyse client tender specifications and documentation for accurate estimates.
- Conduct site visits and stakeholder meetings.
- Support tender processes with timelines and vendor selection.
