Qualifications

• Strong financial and commercial experience in estimating and budgeting.
• Extensive experience in tender assessment and negotiations.
• Experience with bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and lump sum estimates.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare qualified estimates with risk assessments and inclusions/exclusions.
• Analyse client tender specifications and documentation for accurate estimates.
• Conduct site visits and stakeholder meetings.
• Support tender processes with timelines and vendor selection.
