A regional housing association in Wales is seeking a Property Condition Surveyor to conduct condition surveys and ensure properties meet regulatory standards. At ClwydAlyn Housing, we’re looking for a Property Condition Surveyor to join our Property Assets team – a role where your insight shapes the way we maintain and invest in our homes.
As a Property Condition Surveyor, you’ll carry out condition surveys across our homes, spotting what needs attention today and identifying what will shape future improvement plans. Your work ensures our properties meet WHQS and regulatory standards – but it goes beyond compliance. You’ll influence decisions on repairs, investment, energy efficiency, and the long‑term health of our homes.
You’ll work closely with residents, colleagues, and contractors, turning technical findings into practical solutions. Some days you’ll be out independently on‑site, other days collaborating with Property Managers and Inspectors to prioritise work and deliver best value for our residents and the business. No two days are the same, and your skills and judgement will be central to keeping our homes in great shape.
