A family run company, Magnetic Shields Limited (MSL) is the industry leader in the design and manufacture of magnetically shielded products and rooms. Our brand new factory unit and fibre laser with full stock automation more than doubles our production capacity and throughput. We are leading specialists in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke magnetic shielding solutions and magnetically shielded rooms, and have an expanding customer base throughout the UK, Europe, USA and Asia. With a manufacturing facility in Staplehurst, Kent fully equipped with the latest technology, we are able to provide our customers with the highest level of service and quality. All of our manufacturing processes, including heat treatment, are integrated in our production plant.
This is a hands‑on role that would suit an experienced Quality Professional with a strong background in quality control and in process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
The job role is responsible for promoting a quality culture throughout the organisation; liaising with colleagues and key stakeholders to maintain agreed standards both to internal and customer requirements. Within this role you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of day‑to‑day inspection duties are met, along with defining and implementation of continual improvement targets within the quality department.
