Process Engineer – Cheshire

Do you have experience working within a production environment? Are you looking for a long-term role with clear paths for progression? Then this pharma company looking to add a Process Engineer to the team is looking for you!

Your duties as a Process Engineer include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop, implement and maintain manufacturing processes for inhalation products.
  • Lead the scale-up of new products including validation and verification.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean manufacturing.
  • Design, procure and commission manufacturing equipment for pMDI production, including filling, sealing and aerosolization systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments and failure mode effects analyses (FMEA) to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated inhalation, vapourization, propellant or aerosolization experience.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of GMP, lean manufacturing and project management.
  • Knowledge of automation systems (ABB, Siemens) advantageous.
