• Act as an SME for Oracle Supply Chain, leading solutions for end-to-end processes.
• Serve as a liaison between IT teams, ensuring functional requirements align with business goals.
• Lead key functional areas such as Sourcing, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management.
• Understand and manage the complete Procure-to-Pay flow and its integrations.
• Work with solution architects to establish and maintain architectural standards.
• Build analytics and reporting for better decision-making.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex issues and challenges.
• Stay updated with industry trends and suggest process improvements.
• Promote best practices across IT teams involved in architecture.

Candidates interested in the Oracle Supply Chain Lead position should meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in software development and solution delivery.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud P2P modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Cost Accounting, or Integrations
• Familiarity with SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Cloud SaaS/PaaS platforms.
• Expertise in supply chain functionalities and Product Master Data Management is highly preferred.
• Experience with Jump, RF Smart, and Oracle Mobile Inventory is advantageous.
• Knowledge in RPA, AI/ML, and large dataset analysis for trend identification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and relevant documentation tools.
• Strong collaborative skills, capable of leading design reviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential.
