Job Title: Youth Voice Deputy Coordinator

Hours: Negotiable – Up to 37.5 hours a week

Contract Type: Temporary – March 2027

The Junction, a leading charity, seeks a passionate Youth Voice Deputy Coordinator to join our team (flexible, 16hrs/week, can be negotiable).

Youth Voice Deputy Coordinator at The Junction (£31,467 per annum pro rata + Benefits cost of living increase pending)

Empower young people: Help design projects, lead participation groups, drive social action campaigns that matter to them.

• Amplify youth voice in Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland.
• Support young people in social action projects they care about.
• Shape the future of youth services through the Youth Strategy Conference.
