A community-focused mental health organization in Bristol is seeking a Youth and Families School Based Clinician. You will provide trauma-informed counseling and emotional support to school children and their families. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a relevant field and has experience working with children. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, along with summers and school vacations off.
Are you passionate about the social, emotional, and mental well-being of school children? Do you have the clinical skills, compassion, and drive to support kids and families in dynamic, high-energy, and creative environments? If so, join CSAC as a School-Based Clinician and work with children, teens, and their families in school settings. School-Based Clinicians provide trauma-informed individual and group counseling, behavioral and emotional support, and case management. Currently, we have two full-time positions at Vergennes Elementary, and half-time positions for Middlebury, Salisbury, and Bristol.

Compensation:
Starting salary for non-licensed clinicians: $41,760 (40 hours per week for 40 weeks)
Starting salary for licensed clinicians: $44,272 (40 hours per week for 40 weeks)
