An international non-profit organization is seeking candidates for a Writer/Journalist Programme. This part-time, unpaid internship focuses on content creation for a magazine and blog aimed at fighting global poverty. Responsibilities include writing articles, researching topics, and assisting in advocacy and fundraising. Ideal candidates are passionate about social issues, ready to make a difference, and able to commit 12 hours a week over a flexible 12-week period. College credit is available for participants.

The Borgen Project is an international organisation that works at the political level to improve living conditions for people impacted by war, famine and poverty.
With 20 years of experience in the advocacy space, The Borgen Project has worked to support the passage of numerous bills that have benefitted close to 500 million people in developing countries.
The role is focused on content creation for BORGEN Magazine or The Borgen Project Blog.
This is a part-time 12 hours per week, 12 week, unpaid remote programme. If your availability is limited, you can work ahead and complete the programme in fewer weeks.
No prior experience is necessary, we’re looking for people who are passionate about fighting poverty and righting wrongs, regardless of your GPAs/background.
This is an unpaid programme, although college credit is available.
New programmes begin every month, you choose the month you wish to start.
