About the role | Mō te tūnga

This is a busy and varied role with a real focus on delivering great customer service through administration that supports our clients, visitors and staff members.

You will be responsible for a range of administration duties including (but not limited to), providing support to Co-ordinators with their plans, assisting social work teams in managing client financial plans, maintaining reports, producing reports for management, keeping updated records on our information system database and producing Court lists and filing documents.

Strong customer service skills and organisational skills is the key to success. You will also bring your problem solving ability and enjoy communicating with people and positively manage internal and external business relationships confidently.

  • Confidence and experience using Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Word
  • Great relationship building skills with the ability to work as part of a team and add support as and when required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audience
  • Basic accounting and numeracy skills
  • An understanding of Te Reo would be an advantage
