As a Wine Educator at Rombauer Vineyards, you’ll be the face of our esteemed winery, ensuring every visitor leaves with a memorable experience. The Wine educator is a primary guest experience representative at Rombauer Vineyards ensuring a dedication to the highest quality of customer satisfaction delivered with a sense of graciousness, pride, fun, and company spirit.
Promotes the sale of wine and non‑wine products sold in the Tasting Room. Greets all visitors and pours wines for tasting. Describes wines, winemaking techniques, winery history, and provides general tourist information. Dedicated to ensuring a wonderful wine tasting experience, including the handling of disgruntled customers. Handles routine purchasing transactions, including operating cash register and accounting of daily sales and bank deposits. May assist with hospitality special events as needed.
