A Taste of What You'll Do:
As a Wine Educator at Rombauer Vineyards, you'll be the face of our winery, ensuring every visitor leaves with a memorable experience. The Wine Educator is a primary guest experience representative, dedicated to the highest quality of customer satisfaction delivered with graciousness, pride, fun, and company spirit.
Promotes the sale of wine and non-wine products in the Tasting Room. Greets visitors and pours wines for tasting. Describes wines, winemaking techniques, winery history, and provides general tourist information. Ensures a wonderful wine tasting experience, including handling disgruntled guests. Handles routine purchasing transactions, including operating the cash register and accounting of daily sales and bank deposits. May assist with hospitality special events as needed.
