Carry out high-quality welding.

As a Welder you will carry out cladding on machined parts to a high degree of quality. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills whilst working on some innovative products.

As a Welder, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing welding operations based on project requirements, blueprints, or specifications.
  • Utilizing appropriate welding techniques and processes to join metals together, ensuring solid and secure bonds.
  • Preparing materials for welding, including cleaning, cutting, and shaping metal components to ensure proper fit and alignment.
  • Adhering to company quality procedures and to safety and environmental policies.
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have cladding experience (automatic TIG)
  • Demonstrate an understanding of weldment inspection.
  • Demonstrate previous experience of working with Haynes, stainless steel, and Inconel.
  • Be able to show experience of manual TIG
  • Be IT literate.
  • Have experience in overhead gantry cranes.
