A care home provider in Hythe is seeking a part-time Weekend Receptionist/Administrator. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, performing various reception and administrative tasks while fostering a happy and caring atmosphere. Essential qualities include excellent communication, strong organisation skills, and a compassionate nature. This position requires a flexible approach to working hours and involves an Enhanced DBS check.
Employment Type: Part-time / 14 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday)
As a Weekend Receptionist/Administrator, you will act as first point of contact for all visitors to the home, perform some general reception and administrative duties within the home, and working together as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere.
Whether you are liaising with a potential applicant to arrange an interview, welcoming family members and loved ones to the home, taking an enquiry over the phone or delivering a newspaper to one of our residents, you will do so with Care, Comfort and Companionship at the heart of everything you do.
