Qualifications

• Experience in a water, utilities, engineering or operational environment.
• Understanding of water distribution networks and operational processes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Managers in resolving complex customer complaints.
• Provide operational and technical support to Water Distribution teams.
• Investigate network failures to reduce repeat incidents.
• Plan and coordinate capital and maintenance works.
