The Opportunity

In this role you will lead the Warehouse training strategy and the design and delivery of training materials as well as carry out live coaching and audits on colleagues compliance with training

• Ensure Warehouse Operatives, Team Leaders and Supervisors attain a high standard of technical skills relating to operations, Health and Safety and Food Safety.
• Managing the training schedule for Operatives, Team Leaders and Supervisors in collaboration with the Shift Managers. Manage training records, training matrix and the training “system”.
• Support new starters ensuring they receive first class onboard and ongoing training support if required through their probationary period.
• Partner the People Team Training Co-ordinator and support with defining and delivering developmental training and group requirement.
• Keeps up to date with all training, current legislation and best practice attending training and development as required.
