A day in the life of a Warehouse operative will include using in‑house systems to ensure fresh produce are dispatched to the correct destination by ensuring they are packed correctly and sorted into the specific loading bay where they will be then dispatched for delivery. Attention to detail and taking pride in your work are vital as each colleague plays a vital role in the product’s journey to the customer, treating it as their own to ensure parcels are not damaged and delivered in the best possible condition.

The warehouse has a very warm feel, and you can sense the togetherness of the whole team whilst working there. Support is available whenever needed from management, making this a great place to work, where all colleagues are working with a collaborative approach to achieve the same goal.

THIS ROLE is BASED in NG22 8TN with no transport links, you will need to have your own transport or your own car share.

• Picking and packing fresh produce
• Removing low‑quality items from stock
• Quality checking and grading produce
• Stock rotation and waste management
• Working in chilled areas
• Using pallet trucks and stacking pallets
• Wrapping pallets
• Operating machinery safely

• £12.21 to £13.50 per hour with overtime rates applicable – rates are dependent on your department
• Monday to Friday – weekends available
