Job Description

This permanent, part‑time opportunity offers hands‑on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location

Doncaster, VIC, 3108

You'll work across afternoons only Monday to Friday. This role is for afternoons only.

ASC: 2:45 pm — 6:30 pm
Total hours: 18.75

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies.
• Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
• Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
• Play and have FUN with primary school aged children.
• Support with ensuring your program compliance according to industry regulations.

The Successful Candidate

• ✅ Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential – we can train you!
• ✅ Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and still a big kid at heart.
• ✅ Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
• ✅ Strong team player with excellent problem‑solving skills and a can‑do, positive attitude.
• ✅ Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children.
• ✅ Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN.
