A veterinary clinic in the East Midlands is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to manage the front desk operations. Your role will include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and excellent communication skills. At our veterinary clinic, we provide comprehensive pet care services. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. You will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing general information about our services such as our Health Care Plan. You will be the first point of call for our clients, providing support and compassion.
Easipetcare Derby is a well-established practice with a large client base. It has great facilities including 4 consult rooms, a separate cattery, kennel and isolation ward, x-ray and ultrasound, theatre and prep room with an in-house laboratory. The practice is situated close to local amenities. The practice is easily accessible with free car parking. It has excellent transport links, including the A52 and M1, and is a 30-minute walk from the train station where you can get a direct train to London.
You will work alongside, and be supported by a great team of vets, nurses and support staff in this fast-paced environment.
