We’re now looking for two experienced Vehicle Damage Assessors (VDAs) to join our Nottingham team:

1x Desktop VDA providing remote estimating and assessment support

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out detailed and accurate vehicle damage assessments using Audatex or similar systems
• Preparing cost effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
• Liaising with workshop, parts, and customer service teams to ensure efficient repair progress
• Communicating professionally with insurers, engineers, and customers regarding repair status
• Completing all documentation accurately and within required timeframes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator in the accident repair industry
• ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
• Good understanding of Audatex and estimating software
• Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
