UK Limited## **About the role**We are looking to recruit an additional **Valuation Analyst**, supporting the Commercial and Project Development team with transactions, business case development, project pipeline delivery and financing & market research activities. Applicants should have a background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar and evidence of relevant work experience in a relatable field.We are looking to hire someone with 1-3 years’ experience based in central Edinburgh, Glasgow or Cork.## **What you will do*** Use and develop best practice financial models to evaluate new and existing onshore wind, solar PV and storage projects as well as other business development activities;* Assist with documenting project business cases & supporting analysis that feeds into acquisition opportunities and internal investment decision papers;* Engage with colleagues to understand and evaluate project risks and opportunities;* Support the cash flow reporting of pipeline projects by liaising with Project Managers and Finance Team on a regular basis;* Support in the assessment of route to market opportunities alongside the Energy Markets Manager;* Support the set-up and management of an internal database of project benchmarks to ensure valuation inputs are robust and consistent;* Regularly engage with colleagues internally across the BayWa r.e.
