Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Experience Manager to promote the importance of Customer Experience.
• Undertake regular reporting to analyse performance and data trends.
• Provide operational support to suppliers and colleagues in local markets.
• Generate and implement new ideas to solve problems.
• Support organization and running of European events.
• Present to audiences of different levels and sizes.

Skills

Organised with ability to multi-task different priorities effectively

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Willing to work in a team and with colleagues from other cultures

Proficient in MS Office packages (PowerPoint and Excel)

Experience in a customer-focused role

Ability and willingness to travel in UK & Europe as required

Education
