A leading global wellness organization in the UK is seeking a UK Wellbeing Collective Account Manager. This role involves driving strategic category and customer development, ensuring the business achieves its targets while preparing for future growth. Successful candidates will possess strong negotiation skills and experience in customer management, with at least 3 years in account management. The position offers a full-time contract with flexibility options, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Role Title: UK Wellbeing Collective Account Manager
Location: 100VE London - 1/2 days per week, and Kingston - 1/2 days per week
The Account Manager role will be responsible for strategic category development and customer development for The Wellbeing Collective to deliver the business in‑year and set the account strategy up for exponential growth for the next 2‑3 years.
This position is responsible for the Wellbeing Collective creation, execution & communication of the customer plan, including trade investment management and application, that delivers consistent, competitive, profitable, and sustainable growth.
Key Account Managers work closely with and are supported by prescriptive cross‑functional teams including, Customer Strategy and Planning, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service to establish best‑in‑class practices and unlock opportunities to deliver against sales and profit targets.
This role will build strong working relationships with the Grocery retailers and is accountable for the day‑to‑day account management and coordination with the buyers and customer teams.
