Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of MS Office is essential.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is advantageous.
• Experience handling VIP and/or luxury FIT accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake FIT client reservations efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reservations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Abbey Clients.

Education

Relevant degree qualification in Languages, Business or Tourism
