About the Role

Emergency Tyres 24/7 LTD is a busy, fast-growing mobile tyre fitting company providing emergency and scheduled tyre services across the local area. Due to increased demand, we are looking for a reliable Tyre Technician to support day‑to‑day operations and carry out mobile tyre work to a consistent standard.

This is a hands‑on role focused on completing jobs efficiently, following company processes, and representing the business professionally on‑site.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile tyre fitting, repair, and replacement for cars, 4x4s, and light commercial vehicles
• Attending roadside and emergency call‑outs, including evenings and nights as required
• Diagnosing and resolving tyre‑related issues such as punctures, valves, tyre damage, and locking wheel nuts
• Operating company equipment and vehicles correctly and safely
• Completing jobs within allocated timeframes and following job instructions as provided
• Providing clear, professional communication with customers on‑site
• Completing required admin including job notes, bookings, and updates using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel
• Identifying additional required work and offering relevant services when instructed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a tyre fitter or tyre technician
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Comfortable working under pressure and responding to urgent call‑outs
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent in approach
• Professional attitude when dealing with customers and the public
