Turning Point Systemic Outreach Practitioner**As a Turning Point Outreach Practitioner, you will:•Work directly with schools to support pupils with complex SEMH and SEND needs•Lead holistic assessments and co-produce practical, achievable support plans•Coach and support staff through modelling, reflection and problem-solving•Work alongside senior leaders to refine inclusive systems and approaches•Contribute to the development of the Turning Point Outreach Charter and model•Be part of a small, high-trust team shaping a new AP offer from the ground upYou will be trusted to use your professional judgement, supported by experienced Trust leaders, and given the space to do this work properly.Who we’re looking forThis role is ideally suited to someone who:•Is an experienced SEND leader, SENCO, AP leader or specialist teacher•Has strong credibility working with Trust leaders, Headteachers, SLT & Local Authority partners•Understands SEMH, trauma-informed practice and relational approaches•Can balance challenge and support with professionalism and compassion•Is system-minded, able to see beyond individual cases to patterns and solutions•Wants to influence practice at scale, not just within one schoolLeadership experience is essential.
