A leading children's care provider in Chippenham is seeking a Trainee Manager to join their team. This role requires a minimum of one year’s experience in Residential Children’s Social Care and a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Residential Childcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting staff and young people in a trauma-informed environment, ensuring safety and well-being. A competitive salary of £33,000 per annum plus bonuses is offered along with comprehensive training and career development opportunities.
Job Title: Trainee Manager
Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire
Salary: £33,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus bonuses, pension, and other benefits
Working Hours: 40 hours, Combination of on-shift (07:30 - 21:30) and administrative shifts (08:30 - 16:30)
Number of Sleeps Required: 1 per week
Pay Per Sleep: £63 per night
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People with Learning Difficulties
Qualifications Required: Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Residential Childcare
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year in Residential Children’s Social Care (preferably as a Senior Support Worker)
