Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Finance Sector

The Job Role

• Mapping the market you work within so you can give clients the best advice on trends and their competitors
• Negotiating with clients and offering your expertise
• Sourcing the candidate they are looking for via social platforms, cold calling, headhunting and networking
• Organising interviews for your candidates and helping them succeed in them
• Sorting the contract after their offer
• Earn your commission!
