Trainee Hearing Care Assistant - Full Time

Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Scrivens Hearing Care is expanding its team in response to growing demand for NHS Hearing Services, and we are offering exciting opportunities for Trainee Hearing Care Assistants across the company. In this fully mobile role, you will receive structured, on-the-job training to develop essential clinical skills, support Audiologists, and help customers get the most from their hearing aids. No previous experience is required - just a genuine interest in helping others and a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in getting the best performance from their hearing aids and provide ongoing support
  • Learn and develop key clinical skills through hands-on training and guidance from experienced Audiologists
  • Work alongside Audiologists to deliver high-quality, patient-focused hearing care
  • Offer expert advice, clear communication, and a compassionate approach to all customers
  • Travel between locations to provide care and services, ensuring consistency and accessibility for all patients

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer care and eager to make a real difference in people’s lives. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a professional and empathetic approach. A full, clean driving licence is essential, as this is a mobile role.
