With the aim of strengthening our Team in United Kingdom, we are recruiting a

Trade & Revenue Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the hospital tender process including negotiation, dossier preparation, and submission, ensuring alignment with commercial policy
  • Develop and implement commercial policies across channels, including pricing strategy, trade terms, and promotional frameworks
  • Coordinate demand planning activities, aligning forecasts with inventory and logistics requirements to guarantee product availability and minimize stock‑outs
  • Own the pricing and forecasting process, preparing Sell‑in and Ex‑factory sales forecasts based on Sell‑out assumptions and actual SIT data
  • Manage relationships with wholesalers, overseeing trade agreements, settlements, price lists, special offers, and product launches
  • Govern settlement processes with clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
  • Lead GTN (Gross‑to‑Net) accrual processes, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with commercial activities
  • Evaluate channel and customer performance, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing commercial investments
  • Monitor trade investment ROI, stock levels, and Sell‑in data by customer to support strategic decision‑making
  • Collaborate with Commercial & Finance teams to ensure accurate financial postings and reporting
  • Contribute to trade strategy development, including channel optimization, route‑to‑market planning, and revenue growth initiatives
Requirements:
  • University degree in Econometrics, Economics or Business Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Revenue Management in Pharma Industry
  • Highly collaborative with all cross functional partners
  • Strong analytical thinking, action planning and organizing
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must
  • Strong understanding of drug reimbursement and market access processes
  • In‑depth knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework in healthcare (medical device and drugs)
  • Strong knowledge of the hospital environment and decision‑making processes
  • Excellent knowledge of the products, markets, competition, and key stakeholders
  • Strong command of English at a professional level, both written and spoken
