Telesales Business Development Executive

Luscombe Drinks has been crafting award-winning drinks for over 50 years. Creating best tasting soft drinks since 1997. Using only the finest natural ingredients, we supply independent retailers, cafes, farm shops, restaurants, and wholesalers across the UK who value quality and provenance.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand Luscombe’s reach nationwide – all from our office.

The Role

As our Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our growth. You’ll nurture existing accounts, build new relationships, and introduce customers to our seasonal offers and award-winning drinks.

This is a fully office-based role – no driving, no heavy lifting – just a focus on making an impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to potential customers and introduce them to our drinks range.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Spot new sales opportunities with cafes, farm shops, delis, restaurants, and wholesalers.
  • Promote new products, seasonal ranges, and special offers.
  • Hit sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and performance.
  • Support the Customer Service Team as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven business development experience, ideally in food & drink, FMCG, or hospitality supply.
  • Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-builder with a customer-first mindset.
  • Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated.
  • Organised and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
