A leading IT company in Birmingham is seeking a Technical Support – Infrastructure professional. The role involves delivering technical support for core infrastructure systems and requires strong knowledge of Microsoft and virtualization technologies. The position offers a competitive salary package of £40k - £50k plus benefits, with hybrid working conditions. Role: Technical Support – Infrastructure
Location: Birmingham (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Package: 40k - 50kplus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid‑for volunteering days a year
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday
Interview Process: 2-stage process
To deliver technical support for core infrastructure systems, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance across the organisation’s IT environment. The role involves diagnosing and resolving complex issues, maintaining infrastructure components, and collaborating with teams to implement improvements and uphold service standards.
