Job Overview

Aqualine Wellness is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Administrator to join their home‑based team. This full‑time role requires candidates to live in Yorkshire for occasional meetings and training. The position involves technical support, customer service and sales support, with opportunities to lead product training and develop internal systems once fully trained.

Role Overview

The Technical Support Administrator will handle inbound technical and sales enquiries, provide product advice, process orders and troubleshoot issues. The role also involves managing website content, coordinating logistics and developing training resources. Once trained, the candidate will lead product training for staff and contribute to technical manuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical, sales and customer service enquiries via phone and email
  • Advise on product selection, upsell and close sales
  • Process orders and update CRM records
  • Support sales processes with accurate admin tasks
  • Manage and update website content (Magento)
  • Coordinate logistics with warehouse and shipping partners
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Manage stock and place supplier orders
  • Create technical content (articles, videos, blogs)
  • Develop training and resource systems for staff
  • Provide product training for new and existing staff
  • Contribute to product technical and installation manuals
Required Skills and Experience
Essential
  • Minimum 2 years’ continuous employment in a technical support role with electrical products
  • Electrical training or qualifications
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Confident communicator with personable phone manner
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy and attention to detail
Desirable
  • Interest in wellness and lifestyle products
  • Experience with Magento or similar platforms
Requirements
  • Consistent employment history demonstrating reliability
  • Home office setup (quiet, dedicated room with reliable ethernet connection)
