Job summary

A healthcare technology service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Technical Services Specialist. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in technologies such as firewalls, switching, routing, and LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks. We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Specialist to join our Technology Services division. The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise across a range of technologies, including firewalls, switching, routing, LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi networks, servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.

The post holder will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving advanced technical faults and delivering high‑level support to users of Innovate’s ICT hardware and software services. In addition, they will act as a subject‑matter expert in the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects for all stakeholders.

This role will predominantly be based at George Eliot Hospital, however there will be a requirement to work from our other sites across Warwickshire as necessary.
