The role

As a Technical Quality Documentation Manager, you’ll combine technical expertise with process improvement, offering you the chance to influence quality standards and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Day-to-day, you’ll be the focal point for document control activities within our Configuration and Due Process Team. You’ll ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of critical design and safety documentation, supporting projects that are essential to national security.

  • Managing document control processes to ensure hazardous protection, version control, and retrievability.
  • Maintaining electronic systems, capturing accurate data, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Completing audits on metadata and updating records in line with approved processes.
  • Supporting process and tool improvement projects related to document management.
  • Tracking and monitoring document packages through their lifecycle to ensure compliance.

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential Experience

Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
