As part of Betty's team, you will support her emotional health and well-being and help her develop skills. You will be responsible for seeing opportunities over barriers, supporting the team to live her best life, facilitating 1‑1s, team meetings, appraisals, team development and problem‑solving sessions to support the team's development.
