  • Experience of working with young people in education, care, or youth work settings.

About the Role

You will support students with a range of social, emotional, and behavioural needs, helping them to re‑engage with learning and develop the skills they need to succeed. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you’ll provide both academic and emotional support tailored to individual needs. This role requires an intrest in Physical Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
  • Assist in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons specsifcally P.E
  • Support students’ emotional wellbeing and personal development.
  • Plan, organise and participate in MMAP's pupil reintegration requirements
  • Contribute to a safe, respectful, and creative learning environment.
  • Collaborate with staff and external professionals to support student progress.
Desirable
  • An interest or background in a PRU and / or working experience of pupil reintegration
  • Experience of working with young people in education, care, or youth work settings.
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive, resilient attitude.
  • Experience / Intrest in teaching Physical Education
